This course is designed to acquaint the student to the processes now being utilized in the construction industry. Ultimately, the student will, through practical exercises, develop a detailed set of house plans which will illustrate the design and construction techniques of that structure. Typical problems covered are building codes, arichitectural standards, materials, styles, and finance.
