ISA 782 - Office Information Systems

This course will provide students with an in-depth background in the administrative aspects of the office structure. The office is viewed as the key component in the total information-communications system. Thus, special emphasis is placed on the management of the electronic office with its use of electronic mail, data communications, and telecommunications. A special project is required. Offered in the spring semester only.
