NURS 544G - Concepts of School Nursing

This course consists of three one-hour courses; a. Assessment of the school-age child; B. Growth and development of the family and school-age child c. Common problems and health promotion of the school-age child. Content includes assessment skills; physiological, psychological, and sociological elements that affect developmental norms; common health proglems; and health promotion and maintenance strategies.
