This course will introduce all functions of military supervisory positions from Junior and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers, Company and  Field Grade Commissioned Officers, and translate those into their civilian counterparts. Topics covered will include: Mentorship, and advanced analysis of Troop Leading Procedures, Evaluations, Counselings, After Action Reviews (AAR), and Risk Management, and Leadership Theory.
