UNIV 103 - Succeeding in College

This course is designed to help students learn and improve skills and strategies that are essential to academic success. Through activities, application, and reflection, the material covered in this course should support and assist students in their other courses. The course will cover: stress management, appropriate communication, critical thinking, decision making, locus of control, money management, motivation and goal setting, note taking, procrastination, learning styles, and time management.
